1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the miyaku App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

miyaku is a wellness application that helps users track nutrition, hydration, and movement using AI-powered food analysis. The App is available in a free tier and a paid subscription plan (miyaku Pro).

3. Free and Pro Tiers

  • Free tier: limited to 2 food scans per day and 7 days of history
  • miyaku Pro (annual subscription at $69.99/year): unlimited scans, full history, and access to all premium features
  • Features and limits are subject to change with reasonable notice

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed annually through the Apple App Store
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • Nutritional information provided by miyaku is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended for informational purposes only
  • miyaku is not a medical service and does not provide medical, dietary, or clinical nutrition advice
  • Always consult a qualified health professional before making significant changes to your diet
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated nutritional estimates

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Submit false or misleading information

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, miyaku and Jorge Pisco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lima, Peru.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
